Registration details
Due by April 12, 2024 and consists of:

• Team Roster form
• Waiver of Liability form (for each athlete)
• Tournament fee  = $40 per team member, lunch included
  (Note: The $40.00 fee is waived for MWPSA members)

The tournament format and schedule will be based upon the teams that register and will be available Monday, April 22, 2024.

Overnight accommodations
To allow for flexibility for our guests, MWPSA will not be reserving a block of rooms at a local hotel. (Please contact President@midwestpowersoccer.com if you need assistance locating a hotel.)
